![]() I've had an issue for a while that might be connected, where every couple of minutes my audio cuts out, and I get the sound for individual applications at different times. USB ports that are disabled are the ones I used for my Steelseries Arctis 7 wireless headphones, A webcam, and a micro-usb cord connected to a DS4 controller. I'm currently running a virus scan, but I don't think that's the cause of the issue. I've disabled the option for the computer to turn them off to save power, and my task manager is showing normal power/cpu/memory usage. When I try to reinstall the drivers, the issue moves from one to the other. The control panel says I have a driver issue, but troubleshooting can't find the problem. In device manager, I see a code 43 issue on either a USB Root Hub or an AMD USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller. They work for a few minutes on startup (only with fast startup disable) but turn off soon after. I'm not sure if this question should go here or in the Windows 10 forum, so please tell me if I should post it elsewhere.įor the past two days, I've had issues with my USB ports not functioning.
